U.S. building permits and housing starts for March have been published at 8:30 am ET Tuesday. After the data, the greenback changed little against its major rivals.
The greenback was trading at 128.18 against the yen, 1.0799 against the euro, 1.3017 against the pound and 0.9455 against the franc around 8:35 am ET.
