U.S. PPI for April and the U.S. weekly jobless claims for the week ended May 7 have been released at 8:30 am ET Thursday. The greenback fell slightly against its major counterparts after the data.
The greenback was trading at 128.47 against the yen, 1.0424 against the euro, 1.2210 against the pound and 0.9964 against the franc around 8:33 am ET.
