At 8.30 am ET Wednesday, U.S. CPI for June is set for release. Ahead of the data, the greenback traded mixed against its major counterparts. While it held steady against the yen, it fell against the rest of major rivals.
The greenback was worth 137.12 against the yen, 1.0066 against the euro, 1.1922 against the pound and 0.9766 against the franc as of 8:25 am ET.
