Finland's manufacturing confidence indicator rose to -5 in March 2025, improving from -6 in February. This is the highest level seen since January 2023. The boost in confidence is driven by stronger production expectations for the upcoming months, increasing to 11 from 9 in February. Additionally, stocks of finished goods moved into positive territory at 2, compared to -5 previously, and there was a significant improvement in the order backlog, which rose to -23 from -31. Conversely, the percentage of companies operating at full capacity slightly decreased, with 62% doing so in March 2025, down from 63% the month before.
