Among various regions, Porsgrunn/Skien saw the most significant increase in prices, with a rise of 1%, whereas Asker/Bærum experienced the largest drop, falling by 1%. The average duration to sell a home in April was 47 days, improving from 50 days in the month before. Bergen reported the fastest selling time at 16 days, while homes in Fredrikstad/Sarpsborg and Ålesund, along with surrounding areas, took the longest to sell, averaging 72 days. Over the past year, house prices have increased by 5.9%.
