In June 2025, producer prices in Poland declined by 1.8% compared to the same month the previous year, slightly surpassing market forecasts of a 1.5% decrease and following a 1.5% drop in May. This represented the 24th consecutive month of producer price deflation and marked the most significant decline since December 2024. The decrease was primarily attributed to a reduction in manufacturing prices, which fell by 1.7% compared to a 1.2% decrease previously. Meanwhile, the rate of deflation showed signs of easing in sectors such as mining and quarrying, which recorded a 7.5% decrease compared to a previous 10.7% fall, and in electricity, gas, steam, and air conditioning supply, which declined by 1.1% versus 1.6% earlier. On a monthly basis, producer prices inched up by 0.2% in June, following a 0.3% decline in May.
