Both figures reflect year-over-year comparisons, with the current reading measuring the change in GDP in the fourth quarter of 2025 versus the same quarter a year earlier, and the previous reading comparing the third quarter of 2025 to the third quarter of the prior year. The deceleration suggests that while the Czech economy continued to grow in late 2025, the pace of expansion has become slightly more moderate compared with earlier in the year.
