Poland’s economy continued to gain traction, with gross domestic product (GDP) growth accelerating to 3.6% year-over-year, according to data updated on 30 January 2026. This marks an improvement from the previously recorded 3.0% annual growth rate in the third quarter of 2025.
The figures are based on a year-over-year comparison, where the current reading reflects the change relative to the same period a year earlier. The previous indicator similarly measured the third quarter of 2025 against the corresponding quarter in 2024. The pick-up from 3.0% to 3.6% suggests that Poland has strengthened its growth profile heading into 2026, building on the resilience seen in the latter part of 2025.
