The smaller negative balance suggests a slight easing in Treasury cash pressures over the month, indicating either stronger cash inflows, tighter spending control, or a combination of both. While the indicator remains deeply in deficit territory, the month-on-month movement points to a tentative stabilization in Turkey’s short-term fiscal position during April.
