So, the owner of Chelsea football club can boast of three mansions in the Upper East Side, the most prestigious area of New York, and the house on Kensington Palace Gardens, London.

New York townhouses of Abramovich are located close to each other. The Russian billionaire wanted to unite the mansions in one huge house, but the city authorities banned him from doing it.

The authorities of the British capital allowed the billionaire to remake his new overseas house. According to some reports, Abramovich intends to spend about $50 million on the redevelopment of the mansion. It is known that the businessman intends to build a large swimming pool on the territory and to invest in improving the lighting of the building and the local area.

Dmitry Rybolovlev can also boast of a grandiose real estate abroad. In 2008, the businessman became the owner of a huge house in Palm Beach, the former owner of which was Donald Trump. The purchase of the mansion cost the billionaire $95 million. The deal between Trump and Rybolovlev became the largest in the history of residential real estate in Palm Beach.

In 2016, a Russian businessman said that the house would be demolished, since mold appeared inside it. The Commission on Architecture of the city approved this decision.

Today Yuri Milner is mostly working abroad. The main place of work for the investor is California, the US. In 2011, the businessman purchased a $100 million mansion in Silicon Valley.

Andrey Melnichenko owns a mansion in Antibes, France, since 2005. The Altair villa became the venue for the wedding of the billionaire and his bride Sandra Nikolic.

Viktor Vekselberg, one of the richest people in Russia, owns, perhaps, the most exquisite mansion of this list. Villa Feltrinelli, located on Lake Garda, became the property of a billionaire in 2007. The building impresses with its history and appearance. Benito Mussolini and Clara Petacci, Winston Churchill, and the former owner of the mansion, politician Giangiacomo Feltrinelli, found refuge in this house. It was Feltrinelli who turned the villa into a terrorist base in the middle of the 20th century. Feltrinelli died in 1972 in the preparation of the terrorist attack.
