Floods spread across Germany
The Baden-Württemberg federal state has suffered from severe weather. According to latest reports, 4 people died, many others have been injured.
The storm caused serious material damage the amount of which is quite difficult to assess at the moment.
The rough weather destroyed a house and damaged the adjoining buildings in Braunsbach.
Some residential areas are still de-energized.
Rescue service works in emergency mode; villagers are urgently evacuated.
According to eyewitnesses, rapid flows washed some cars away from the streets, piling them on top of each other. In some cases, vehicles hit and smashed shop windows.
