He is the founding father of Ripple Labs, a company that developed the Ripple payment protocol. Nowadays, Larsen is the firm’s executive chairman. His net worth is estimated at $2.6 billion.

The third place in the ranking goes to 40-year-old American entrepreneur Brian Armstrong. According to the latest estimates, Armstrong has as much as $2.4 billion in his personal account. The fourth place in the ranking of the wealthiest crypto billionaires is shared by 41-year-old Winklevoss twins. Each brother is now worth as much as $1.5 billion. Tyler and Cameron are pioneers in crypto investing. They spent more than $11 million on Bitcoin when it was worth less than $10. Now the twins are actively investing in other tokens and claim that they own 1% of all Bitcoin.

Michael Saylor, a 58-year-old American businessman, rounds out the top 5 most successful crypto billionaires. His net worth is currently estimated at $1.1 billion. He is the founding father of MicroStrategy, one of the world’s biggest Bitcoin holders. The billionaire stepped down as head of MicroStrategy last year and currently serves as the company's executive chairman.
