The fourth place in this rating is occupied by the governor of the Moscow region Andrey Vorobyov. Over the past year, his fortune has reached an impressive amount - 97.9 million rubles. The increased income of an official is connected with the money transfer of Lyudmila Ivanovna Vorobyova, mother of the governor, the press service reported.

The fifth line of the list of the wealthiest governors of the Russian Federation is taken by the head of the Irkutsk region Sergey Levchenko. His income is 4.1 million rubles, his wife's income is estimated at 79.8 million rubles. Last year, the governor's wife sold shares and property of OJSC Insurance Company Diana and bought a stake in LLC Diana-plus.

The sixth place in this list is given to the governor of the Chelyabinsk region, Boris Dubrovsky. His income for 2016 amounted to 73.8 million rubles, and his wife earned 2.3 million rubles.

The seventh place among the holders of high income for 2016 goes to the governor of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev. During the reporting period, he was able to earn 70.66 million rubles, while 63.7 million rubles accounted for the income of his wife from the sale of real estate, the income statement says.

The governor of the Smolensk region Alexei Ostrovsky takes the eight position. His declared funds for 2016 reached 68.5 million rubles. The salary of the official was estimated at 2.99 million rubles, and 65.5 million rubles were received from the sale of a large plot of land and a house with an area of 740 square meters.

The ninth line of the rating is given to the governor of Pskov Andrei Turchak. Over the past year, his income was 718,680 rubles, which was considered to be the smallest among all heads of regions. The revenues of the governor's wife did not exceed 37.5 million rubles. There is no personal transport in the Turchak's family.

The head of the Crimea, Sergey Aksenov, closes the ten most wealthy governors of Russia-2016. His earnings for 2016 reached 2.6 million rubles, and his wife - 32.8 million rubles. Aksenov's wife owns three solid apartments and six non-residential premises of a large area.
