And let’s take a look at gbp/usd. Here I see a somewhat opposite picture. Even though the market isn’t trending, today’s open at the lower boundary of the channel after some growth could lead to a continuation of the decline according to this red scenario. What helps here is that the mandatory zone has disappeared and levels show that it’s open to offers, but if it doesn’t like them, it threatens to move according to the blue scenario. The latter fits well with the concept of the channel growing through, but everything before that can override it. I’m not making any moves; nothing here can affect medium- to long-term trading yet, but I’m waiting for signs to add.
