Hello traders, I continue to analyze GBP/USD. On the four-hour timeframe, the price rose yesterday to the two hundred moving average, formed a peak, and stopped. After that, it suddenly dropped, which I did not expect. The decline reached the 50% Fibonacci retracement support level at 1.3450. So, we have GBP/USD again at the same level where it was a few days ago. The question arises: what will happen next, will there be a breakthrough of support or a reversal and growth? The question is complex because the price on the daily timeframe is at the 200 MA, which is a strong support area slightly below, so I am considering the possibility of a price reversal. In that case, I will continue to wait for growth towards the 23.6% resistance level.
