Gold Price Behavior: The study of the gold price behavior will be the main topic of discussion. It's critical to determine when the correction around the 4017.53 level will stop, particularly because important economic data is anticipated tomorrow. The bulls' comeback to the trend should get more attention. The market is still unpredictable; the drop has not been significant, and growth is premature. The American session has witnessed unpredictable price movements, with neither a clear entry point nor a significant loss, despite some upward momentum from European traders. A deeper decline tomorrow is more probable than the bulls may normally expect because of this erratic behavior. The MACD indicator is above its signal line and in the upper buying zone, indicating that the wave structure is currently rising. There were two efforts to create a drop during the first part of last week, but they were both made using an ascending support line that was created from the bottom of the closest waves. I expected the second effort to break through this line, which would have resulted in a drop and an updating of the minimum of the prior wave, but it didn't. Rather, purchases started up again, driving up the price. It seems that a reversal pattern—an ascending wedge—is developing, where the cost may be above the upper line, which is probably going to happen. There could be a chance to take a short position if the price hits this level. The reasons in favor are as follows: The price is moving inside an ascending wedge reversal pattern, the MACD indicator is showing bearish divergence, and the CCI indicator is about to move down from the upper overbought zone. But because the pricing can be deceptive, I would advise against purchasing. Although it may seem certain that we will reach the summit, there is now a significant amount of resistance.
