An old tool used by traders to reliably relieve price data. We can put this example to approximate the meaning. For example, the 15-day moving average, for example, we collect prices for 15 days to calculate their moving average and then divide it by 15. This dilution makes it easier and makes it easier to see the basic trend easily. Most investors only use the moving average for this reason.
For example, when you see one of the charts, you can see, for example, the 55-day moving average tends to follow the trend line of the EUR / USD daily chart. The price then moves from the bottom up on the left side of the chart, and very quickly we see the moving average moving up as well.
