The resistance at the level of 96.75 is currently holding back the index quotes from moving higher, leading to an attempt for the quotes to head south. However, there is support from a moving average slightly below the quotes. This means that there is still a possibility of breaking through the resistance and continuing in a northern direction. Yet, a close above this level is a necessary condition for the continuation to the north. Otherwise, the index may now drop below the moving average and move towards the support at 95.50.
