To do this effectively, we employ a combination of technical analysis tools such as moving averages, trend lines, and oscillators.Firstly, we focus on identifying the trend direction on the H4 timeframe. A common method is to use moving averages, specifically the 50-period and 200-period moving averages. If the 50-period MA is above the 200-period MA, it indicates an uptrend, and if the 50-period MA is below the 200-period MA, it suggests a downtrend. Additionally, we look for the angle and separation between the two moving averages to gauge the strength of the trend.Next, we examine price action for confirmation.
