Here, either we are forming a 1-2 in the first wave of (3) in (C), or we are facing an overflow, as the pair is aggressively bearish and could push down the lows. If we sell off the lows, it means everything will change, one wave up at the highs will be reduced, and we will expect a correction in (2) in (C). With the overflow, we will move to the fifth in (A) in (2) in (C), just like with the pound, and after wave (A), we will move into a strong pullback in (B), then another downward wave (C) in (2) in (C), falling towards 1.100, or around that point.
