USD/CAD

USDCAD Price Fluctuations: The USD/CAD ratio has dropped to its lowest level since November due to the widespread USD selling tendency. For the third day in a row, the USD/CAD pair is under selling pressure on Thursday, falling to its lowest level since November 16 in the early hours of the European session. The pair is currently trading around 1.38366, and with the ongoing selling tendency of the US dollar, it seems susceptible to extending its downward trajectory. The market is now looking forward to the US's Weekly Initial Jobless Claims report, which is expected to be released later during the early North American session. The data may have an effect on the USD, which should assist the USD/CAD pair in gaining momentum along with fluctuations in oil prices. But attention will still be focused on Friday's much-awaited US monthly employment report, also referred to as the NFP. At its lowest levels since mid-August 2026, the USD/CAD was under pressure early on Thursday. Consequently, during the three-day losing streak, the Loonie duo records minor losses. The barrier of 1.38366 is likely to be broken by bears in the Loonie pair. Nonetheless, a number of levels between 1.38366 and 1.38366 indicate strong resistance that the USD/CAD sellers must overcome in order to keep control. Conversely, the pair would rebound if it closed daily above the resistance level of 1.38366. The USD/CAD bulls will likely remain cautious till the pair has a typical closing over 1.38366. The quotation may surge toward many walls near 1.38366 if it passes the 1.38366 hurdles. Given the current market trends, investors should focus on these crucial levels for their trading entry points.
