Asian traders visit their desks and react negatively to Wednesday's poor ADP Employment Change report, the greenback is under further selling pressure. The ADP said on Wednesday that US private employment increased by 38,000 jobs last month following an upwardly revised 46,000 jobs in July, falling short of the projected gain of 48,000 jobs. Furthermore, the USD's downward tendency is strengthened by the ongoing USD/JPY sell-off on rumors of Japanese government intervention, which supports Gold's comeback. The hawkish repricing of the Bank of Japan's (BoJ) monetary policy stance also seems to be exploited by the Japanese Yen (JPY), weakening the currency pair. The markets have almost entirely factored in a BoJ rate increase this month.
