EUR/CHF

EUR/CHF

Based on the EUR/CHF chart on the H1 timeframe, the current price is around 0.9236. Price action shows the main trend is still biased bearish because the blue moving average line is declining and the price is below it. After falling to the 0.9218 area, the price rebounded, but that rise is not yet strong enough to confirm a trend reversal. Main scenario: SELL when the price rises to resistance. The 0.9240–0.9245 area becomes an important resistance zone because it is close to the red and blue moving average lines. If the price rises to that zone and then forms a clear bearish candlestick, a SELL opportunity can be considered. Stop loss can be placed around 0.9250, with the first take profit at 0.9230, the second at 0.9220, and a further target at 0.9215 if selling pressure strengthens. The Stochastic indicator (5,3,3) shows values around 33.33 and 18.64. Both lines are starting to move up from the oversold area, indicating a potential short-term bullish correction. Therefore, do not open a SELL position at 0.9236 without waiting for confirmation. The rebound could still continue toward resistance before the next decline occurs. Alternative scenario: BUY if resistance is broken. If the H1 candlestick manages to close strongly above 0.9245 and the price can hold above that area, a rise toward 0.9250–0.9255 can be considered. However, this BUY position is against the main trend and thus requires stronger confirmation. In conclusion, a safer strategy is to wait for the price to approach the 0.9240–0.9245 resistance to look for SELL signals. Avoid entering when the price moves indecisively between support and resistance. Use a stop loss, limit maximum risk to 1% of capital per trade, and prioritize a minimum risk-to-reward ratio of 1:2.
