You can see the Kremlin and Red Square, Manezhnaya Square, and the State Historical Museum up close from the O2 Lounge terrace at the Ritz Carlton. Among all places in the list, this bar is the closest to the Kremlin.

At the square near the Prechistenskie Gates in a three-story building, there are two public places: Voronezh, a snack bar and a restaurant, as well as Meat Club, a restaurant. In summer, a panoramic veranda opens on the roof of the building, from where you can see the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Gogol Boulevard and Ostozhenka street.

Conservatory is a bar located on the ninth floor of the Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow hotel. You can see many sights of the capital's center from its veranda: the State Historical Museum, Red Square, the Kremlin, the Bolshoi Theater, and the restored building of the Moscow Hotel.

The interior of the bar is no less beautiful, it is decorated like a greenhouse or a botanical garden: an abundance of flowers and shrubs around. Flowers are used even in the preparation of some dishes, and there are floral illustrations in the menu.

Some public places need no introduction, like, for example, White Rabbit. This is one of the most famous panoramic restaurants in Moscow and the only Russian restaurant that got in the list of The World's 50 Best Restaurants three years in a row (2015, 2016 and 2017).

From the 23rd floor of the building, located on Smolenskaya Square, you can see the Garden Ring, the high-rise of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the city center. On a clear day, you can even admire the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.

You can see Tverskoy Boulevard, the Church of the Nativity of the Theotokos at Putinki and Pushkinskaya Square from the summer terrace of the Cafe Pushkin. It is located on the fourth floor of a building on Tverskoy Boulevard.

At the end of April a new restaurant, Locasian Bar, was opened on Tsvetnoy Boulevard. The new owners also opened a veranda on the fourth floor, from where you can see the historic center of Moscow: Tsvetnoy and Petrovsky boulevards, Trubnaya square and Neglinnaya street.

Outside the Garden Ring, there are beautiful views too. From the veranda of the Kazbek restaurant you can see the Moskva River embankment and the Taras Shevchenko embankment, the Ukraine hotel and the high-rise building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In the opposite direction, the panorama covers Moscow City, the Moscow River, and World Trade Center.

A rare view on Zamoskvorechye District opens from the veranda of the Mushrooms restaurant. The public place itself is located on the second floor of the building on Bolshaya Yakimanka street, and the veranda - slightly higher, on the fourth floor, and it has a separate entrance. This veranda also has a sliding roof and at the request of visitors, it can be opened.

On the second floor of the Twins Garden restaurant, located on Strastnoy Boulevard, there is a bar and a veranda. You can try the author's tasting set made by brothers Ivan and Sergei Berezutsky only on the first floor. On the second floor, dishes from the menu are served. But the food is complemented by the view of the city center: from the recognizable buildings on Sakharov Avenue to high-rises of Moscow City.

By the way, the chefs of this restaurant own a farm of 50 hectares in the Kaluga region, where they grow vegetables and keep Nubian goats and fish.

On the 86th floor of the OKO tower, located in Moscow City, the Outside veranda was opened on the site of the winter rink. This is the highest open area not only in Moscow but also in Europe. Outdoor is a part of the 354 restaurant project which also includes a restaurant of Russian cuisine, Ruski, and the Insight club. In the interior of the restaurant, there are many living plants and flowers, as well as garden rocking chairs. And the terrace is equipped with a sliding roof which is opened in good weather.

An open viewing platform above the restaurant has a 360-degree panorama of Moscow. The site is open to guests and tourists.

On the roof of the historic mansion (at the level of the fourth floor) on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, there is not just a veranda but a whole champagne terrace which was opened by the Turandot restaurant together with Veuve Clicquot. The terrace is decorated in the garden architecture style of the XVII century, perhaps, therefore, the fence on the roof of the public place is quite high. But even a distant panorama of the city and the roofs of Tverskoy Boulevard houses look amazing.
