Forex.ee was established in Estonia back in 1998. The company was founded by only two entrepreneurs who decided to use their capital as a tool for mastering the art of foreign exchange trading. After the first successful steps, they were joined by a couple of other specialists to perform trading activities. Later, the company started offering intermediary services to Estonian traders. The business went well and entrepreneurs decided to open their own brokerage firm - Forex.ee. In 2013, the company started using ECN/STP technology, which helped ensure transparency of all internal broker’s activity. At the same time, Forex.ee added to its arsenal a large number of currency pairs for diversification. In 2015, the broker launched cryptocurrency accounts based on ECN technology and execution of orders similar to those on exchanges. The introduction of ECN technology has reduced the potential conflict of interests between brokers and clients, as well as provided them with trading advantages, e.g. narrow spreads, interbank liquidity, and low fees. Apart from that, the company carried out a major rebranding and modernization of the website. As a result, traders got access to a universal personal account for traders. In addition, the procedure for making deposits and tracking partnership statistics has been simplified.
