Tradesto is licensed and regulated by two supervisory organizations: the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) and Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Vanuatu is an offshore tax haven where companies can get registration easily and without paying a lot of money. The VFSC imposes minimum capital requirements of just $2,000. However, the requirements of ASIC are much more serious. For example, ASIC obliges the broker to store its clients’ funds in segregated bank accounts. Moreover, the company has to ensure the security and confidentiality of investors’ information, using highly secure systems and SSL encryption protocols.
