EPR Properties announced its fourth-quarter earnings on Wednesday, showing a decline in its adjusted funds from operations, down to $88.4 million, or $1.16 per share, from the previous year's $96.7 million, or $1.27 per share. The funds from operations totaled at $88.6 million, or $1.16 per share, compared to the prior year's $99.9 million, or $1.31 per share.
However, the earnings rose to $39.4 million, or $0.52 per share, from last year's $36.2 million, or $0.48 per share. According to average analysts' estimations gathered by Thomson Reuters, a profit of $0.58 per share was projected for the quarter.
This quarter's revenue amounted to $171.9 million, as compared to the $178.7 million from the same period last year. Looking forward, EPR Properties anticipates earnings per share of between $2.74 and $2.94 for the fiscal year 2024.
