In the framework of the Master Agreement, both companies have additionally initiated a Joint Sourcing Program. This program is designed to source common vehicle parts and platforms used by both companies. By pooling resources and leveraging the Volkswagen Group's supply chain, the goal of the Joint Sourcing Program is to decrease the platform's cost collectively.
