FX.co ★ Spirent Communications Announces Recommended Cash Acquisition By Keysight

The Boards of Keysight Technologies Inc. and Spirent Communications plc have mutually agreed on the terms for a suggested cash purchase. This includes all the issued and soon-to-be-issued ordinary shares of Spirent by Keysight. With this agreement, each Spirent shareholder will receive 201.5 pence per share held. This acquisition price is split into 199 pence in cash and an additional special dividend of 2.5 pence per share. This transaction pegs the total value of Spirent's current and pending ordinary shares around £1.16 billion.
