The forthcoming retail sales data from Italy, which is to be released on Wednesday, is the highlight of a relatively quiet day for European economic news.
At 2 a.m. ET, Statistics Norway is scheduled to release its consumer and producer prices data for March. It's predicted that consumer price inflation will decrease to 4.0 percent from 4.5 percent in February.
In the same timeframe, GDP, industrial production, and household spending figures from Sweden are expected to be revealed.
Following at 3 a.m. ET, the Czech Statistical Office will disclose its consumer price data for March. The inflation rate is predicted to dip to 1.9 percent from 2.0 percent in February. An hour later, Italy's retail sales figures for February are set to be released. In January, these sales saw a month-on-month increase of 1.0 percent.
Finally, consumer price and industrial production figures from Greece are scheduled to be released at 5 a.m. ET.
