The Genuine Parts Company (GPC) has successfully finalized the acquisition of the Motor Parts & Equipment Corporation. Stationed in Rockford, Illinois, MPEC stands as the most prominent independent owner of NAPA Auto Parts stores across the United States. MPEC operates a staggering 181 locations, spread out across several states including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
