Welltower Inc. (WELL) has updated its 2024 financial outlook, now projecting normalized funds from operations (FFO) attributable to common stockholders to be in the range of $4.05 to $4.17 per share, an increase from the previous guidance of $4.02 to $4.15 per share. Additionally, Welltower announced plans to raise its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.67 per share starting in the second quarter of 2024.
