Johnson Controls (JCI) has entered into a definitive agreement to divest its Air Distribution Technologies business to Truelink Capital. The transaction encompasses notable air distribution and movement brands such as Koch Filter, Titus, Ruskin, Kreuger, PennBarry, and Tuttle & Bailey, along with their extensive product lines including grilles, registers and diffusers, terminal units, fire and smoke dampers, louvers, filters, and fans. This transaction is anticipated to be finalized in the second half of 2024.
