Occidental (OXY) has announced the commencement of an underwritten secondary public offering of approximately 29.56 million shares of its common stock by CrownRock Holdings, L.P.
Occidental clarified that it will not be selling any common stock shares in this offering. All proceeds from the proposed sale will be directed to the Selling Stockholder.
The completion of the offering is contingent upon market conditions and other variables, and there is no guarantee as to the timing or eventual execution of the offering.
