Stellantis N.V. (STLA) announced on Wednesday the launch of the Ram 1500 Ramcharger, its new range-extended vehicle, which will precede the debut of their first battery-electric light-duty pickup truck, the Ram 1500 REV. The Ramcharger is set to be available for orders in the first half of 2025, while the Ram 1500 REV will follow in 2026.
The 2025 Ram 1500 Ramcharger boasts an anticipated range of up to 690 miles, featuring advanced components like a 92-kilowatt-hour battery coupled with a 130 kW on-board generator. It also offers bi-directional charging capabilities, allowing energy transfer between vehicles and homes.
On the financial front, Stellantis shares are currently priced at $13.33, reflecting a slight decline of 0.12% on the New York Stock Exchange.
