Establishment Labs Holdings Inc. His retirement is set to take effect on March 1.
Peter Caldini, who is set to join Establishment Labs as President in 2024, will act as Interim CEO following Chacón-Quiros' retirement. Caldini's extensive leadership experience, notably as the former CEO and Director of Acreage Holdings, Inc., positions him to guide the company during this transition.
The company has also shared its preliminary, unaudited fiscal year results for 2024. Projected total revenue for 2024 is anticipated to be between $166 million and $166.5 million. For the fourth quarter, which concluded on December 31, 2024, revenue is estimated to range from $44.5 million to $45 million. This includes approximately $3.2 million generated from Motiva sales in the United States.
On Monday, ESTA's stock closed at $33.71, marking a 26.38% decline, down by $12.08, on the Nasdaq.
