Sidus Space (SIDU), a facilitator of space missions, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Adarsh Parekh as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective January 27, 2025.
Parekh will report directly to Carol Craig, who is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Sidus Space. In his role, Parekh will oversee all financial operations, with an emphasis on enhancing operational efficiency and advancing the company's mission towards sustainable growth and profitability.
With more than 20 years of financial expertise, Parekh previously served as the CFO of Terran Orbital Corp., where he was responsible for overseeing all finance and accounting operations. His extensive experience in financial services includes his tenure as CFO at both Alio, Inc. and Woodspur Farms, LLC.
Parekh’s career trajectory has also included senior roles at RRG Capital Management LLC, OneWest Bank FSB, and Libra Securities, LLC. He began his professional journey in the Investment Banking Division at Lehman Brothers, Inc.
