Clorox Co. (CLX) has announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Jacobsen, will retire on April 1st after nearly three decades with the company. He will be succeeded by Luc Bellet, a long-standing member of the Clorox team who has been with the company for 18 years.
Starting April 1st, Bellet will take on the roles of executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will report directly to CEO Linda Rendle and will join the company's executive committee. Bellet is currently serving as Clorox's treasurer and has held various leadership positions across the company's financial operations, including responsibilities in financial planning and analysis, internal audit, and business development.
