NCR Voyix Corp. (VYX), a company that specializes in digital commerce solutions, announced on Wednesday a change in its executive leadership. The Board of Directors has appointed James Kelly as the new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Kelly takes over from David Wilkinson, who has stepped down from his positions as President, CEO, and Board member. In conjunction with this leadership transition, Kevin Reddy, the lead independent director, has been designated as the non-executive Chair of the Company.
Kelly has been serving as a director since the Board's establishment in October 2023, following the company's spin-off of its ATM-related ventures. Before his directorship, Kelly was the Chief Executive Officer of EVO Payments, Inc. for 12 years, until its acquisition by Global Payments, Inc. in March 2023.
In his earlier career at Global Payments, Kelly held vital roles such as President and Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2010, and Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2005.
Furthermore, NCR Voyix Corp. has confirmed its revenue and adjusted EBITDA projections for the fiscal year 2024, as initially disclosed on November 7, 2024.
