In February 2025, Colombia's industrial confidence indicator weakened to 0.2, down from January's figure of 2, although it still represented the third consecutive month in positive territory over the past year. This downturn was mainly attributed to lower production expectations for the upcoming quarter, which fell to 26.7 from January's 30.5, coupled with a decline in new orders, which dropped further to -26.2 from -25.8. However, stock levels showed an improvement, moving to 0 from -1.2. In comparison, the confidence indicator was slightly lower at -0.3 during the same period last year.
