Perth led the upward trend among major cities with a 0.8% increase, followed by Brisbane at 0.7%, Sydney at 0.6%, and both Adelaide and Melbourne at 0.5%. On an annual basis, national home values rose by 2.7%. Concurrently, the growth rate of national rents continued to decelerate, with a 3.4% increase over the past year, representing the most modest annual growth since early 2021.
