This represents the highest rate recorded since March. The total number of unemployed individuals climbed by 2,000 compared to the previous month, reaching a total of 135,200. In contrast, the unemployment rate among young people, those aged 15 to 24, showed a slight decrease, moving from 3.2% to 3.1%. This shift was accompanied by a reduction of 400 in the number of unemployed youth, bringing their total to 13,500. Additionally, the count of reported job vacancies saw a decline, dropping by 2,400 to a total of 35,000. When considering data that accounts for seasonal adjustments, the unemployment rate remained steady at 3.0%.
