Sweden's business confidence index increased to 105.8 in November 2025, up from a revised 104.5 in the prior month. This marks the highest level since July 2022, largely due to improved sentiment in the construction and services sectors. While companies reported improvements in demand assessments (-25 compared to -27 in October) across all sectors, these figures are still below normal, except in the trade sector, where sales projections are aligned with typical levels. During the past three months, employment marginally declined (-4 compared to -5), yet companies foresee workforce expansion in the upcoming quarter (7 compared to 3), especially within construction. Sales prices are also expected to increase at a higher-than-usual rate over the next three months (14 unchanged).
