Foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam experienced an 8.9% increase, reaching USD 23.6 billion from January to November 2025 compared to the previous year. Concurrently, FDI commitments, which signal prospective disbursements, climbed by 7.4% to USD 33.69 billion, underscoring investor confidence in Vietnam's long-term economic outlook. Additionally, Vietnam’s outbound investment activities witnessed substantial growth during this period, with 148 new projects being granted investment certificates amounting to a total of USD 742.8 million, marking a rise of 33.8% from the previous year.
