FX.co ★ Industrial Confidence in Colombia Recovers Slightly in December

In December 2025, Colombia's industrial confidence indicator was recorded at -0.7%, reflecting an increase of 3.6 percentage points from the previous month. This improvement on a monthly basis was largely attributed to a 13.7 percentage point rise in production expectations for the upcoming quarter and a 5.0 percentage point reduction in inventories. However, these positive changes were somewhat counterbalanced by a 7.6 percentage point decrease in the current volume of orders. When compared to December 2024, industrial confidence experienced a slight decline of 0.5 percentage points on a year-over-year basis.
