Producer prices in Greece rose by 11.8% year-on-year in July 2026, quickening from an 8.8% increase in June. The acceleration was broad-based across most major industrial groupings, with faster price growth in energy (21.5% vs 15.5% in June), intermediate goods (7.0% vs 6.4%), capital goods (4.5% vs 3.6%), and non-durable consumer goods (1.7% vs 1.1%). In contrast, price growth slowed for durable consumer goods (1.3% vs 2.2%).
By market segment, producer prices for the domestic market increased 7.0%, while prices for the non-domestic market jumped 23.4%. On a monthly basis, producer prices edged up 0.2%, recovering from a 3.0% decline in the previous month.
