Lithuania’s industrial sector strengthened in August 2026, with industrial production rising 4.80% year-over-year, up from a 3.30% annual increase in July 2026. The latest figures, updated on 28 September 2026, indicate a continued acceleration in output compared with the same period a year earlier.
The data show that the pace of growth in August outperformed the previous month on a year-over-year basis, suggesting improving momentum in Lithuania’s industrial activity as the third quarter progresses. Both the current and previous readings are calculated by comparing each respective month’s output to the same month of the prior year.
