On a year-over-year basis, the “actual” October reading compares prices in October 2026 with October 2025, while the “previous” September figure reflects the change from September 2026 versus September 2025.
The modest slowdown suggests inflationary pressures remain contained, with the October data indicating a small but notable improvement in Indonesia’s price stability compared with the prior month’s annual pace.
