#Bitcoin chart analysis

#Bitcoin H1 TIMEFRAME TECHNICAL ANALYSIS Market Structure Bitcoin (H1) rallied strongly to the 84,900 area on 21 October, was rejected sharply, and then fell below the moving average. Price has since moved into a tight sideways range near 81,000–81,600. The structure has turned bearish in the short term because the moving average has been lost and is now acting as resistance. The small candles at the bottom show that selling pressure is slowing, but buyers have not yet taken control. Support Zones The first support zone is 80,900–81,100, which holds the recent swing low and the base of the current range. The second support zone is 80,500–80,700, the low from 18 October, where buyers reacted strongly before. RSI is at 36.55 and turning up slowly from near oversold levels. A bounce from the first zone is possible, but it needs a bullish confirmation candle. Resistance Zones The first resistance zone is 81,800–82,050, the area where the breakdown candles started and where price is likely to be rejected on a pullback. The second is 82,400–82,700, which matches the moving average and the broken support from the previous move. The third is 84,500–84,900, the major swing high and the strongest supply zone on the chart. MACD is still in negative territory, so momentum remains bearish, although the histogram is shrinking. Trading Entries • Sell setup (preferred, with the trend): Wait for a pullback into 81,800–82,050 and enter only after a bearish rejection candle. Stop loss: 82,250. Targets: 81,000 and 80,600. • Buy setup (counter-trend, short-term): Enter near 80,900–81,100 only after a bullish confirmation candle. Stop loss: 80,650. Target: 81,900. • Breakout sell: A strong H1 close below 80,900 gives a continuation sell towards 80,500, with a stop loss above 81,200. Summary And Risk To Reward The bias is bearish while price stays below 82,050, but the market is in a pause, so patience is important. The best trade is a sell from resistance after a rejection, rather than selling inside the current small range. The risk to reward on the sell setup is about 1:3.2 for the first target (risk 300, reward 950 from an entry near 81,950) and about 1:4.5 for the second target. The buy setup is about 1:2.6 (risk 350, reward 900 from an entry near 81,000). Bitcoin moves fast, so risk no more than 1% of your account per trade and avoid trading during sudden news spikes. This is a technical view for education and not financial advice.
