Having touched the 4-hour Rejection Block (Red Rectangle), the Fiber's upward movement has been already halted and this pair is now trying to retrace down, aiming to reach 1.0936 as the first target and 1.0911 as the second target as long as EUR/USD does not rebound and closes above 1.1000.
